Under no circumstances shall Theawilliamsonburns be liable for damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Technical recommendations are based on general industry standards and do not replace specific safety or local regulatory compliance assessments.
All content, including course materials, technical reports, and methodologies, is the property of Theawilliamsonburns. The user receives a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.
Service prices are specified in the commercial proposal. Payments are made according to the agreed schedule. Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 7 business days in advance to apply for refunds, subject to a penalty of 15% of the service value.
Either party may terminate the service by written notice with 30 days' notice. In the event of a material breach of these conditions, Theawilliamsonburns may suspend access immediately without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website and will take effect 15 days after their publication. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of La Romana, Dominican Republic.
